The Ta Van Commune project is an attempt to protect and revive the culture and traditions of the hill people in Vietnam. 18 writers, mainly Vietnamese and connected with the Vietnamese Ethnic Minorities Arts and Literature Association, describe the culture of the Hmong, Dao and Giay people of the commune.
